Actually, I like the effect of this. You focused on the eyes and did an excellent job, creating deep pools of color that draw your attention. I might say that this draw could be a part of the piece itself. When you see a great pair of eyes the rest of the picture seems to fade out, and all your attention is focused on one part. Sure you see her outfit and the rest of her, but they eyes are what have captured your own gaze.
